Larissa Hul graduated from New York University and is currently studying Expressive Arts Therapy at California Institute of Integral Studies. A lifelong lover of nature (she would pretend to move the wind with her breath as a child), she fell in love with backpacking and camping while traveling in Patagonia. She is a yoga teacher and founded To Live Freely, which leads yoga, hiking and meditation groups and retreats throughout the bay area.
She has also practiced Buddhism and mindfulness for over ten years. Her teachers and guides include Jack Kornfield, Joanna Macy and Mark Coleman. She is grateful for the opportunity to provide guidance for young people in transition and is looking forward to facilitating their love for and connection with themselves, their families, community and the planet.
