These summer trips really tipped the scales for me. I mean, we saw dramatic and profound changes in our boys, as they faced some very deep fears and celebrated the beauty and depth within themselves like I've never seen in kids before. AND they were able to talk about their experiences in such an open and real way. I was completely enchanted and inspired! I can honestly say that these were two of the most extraordinary teaching events of my life, on so many levels. As a leader, I had to show up in a whole new way and it scared the shit out of me!! But I went there, and met it (with the glorious support of Matthew & Jeffrey--you guys are amazing teachers and I thank you eternally for your patience, understanding, guidance, support, and wisdom!!) -- just as the boys had to meet their fears and limits.

I'm so very grateful for such a dedicated and inspiring community of teachers in which to express my love of kids, their parents, and this magical world. We are making a HUGE impact in these families lives! In the moments of overwhelm and doubt, I carry this truth in my heart!
