Coming of Age Program Vision Council
The core group of individuals who helped create Stepping Stones Project now serve on our Vision Council. Council is the practice of speaking and listening from the heart, and is a non-hierarchical form of communication that reveals a group's vision and purpose. The practice of council is a central component in all of our youth programs, and it is how we guide our organization's growth and development. In addition to guiding the services of the organization, the Vision Council develops curriculum and supervises and trains the leaders.
