Inez is an Elder, certified sound healing therapist and energy healer, combining indigenous wisdom, intuitive therapies, and scientific techniques, while honoring the traditions of her ancestors. Her practice integrates wellness using intention and visualization to restore well-being. She incorporates philosophies of various world cultures that traditionally authenticate wholeness and healing as part of life. She is formally trained in sound voice and music healing, touch therapy for the terminally ill, chi gong, lomi lomi massage, is a certified doula and naturalist.

"Being Mestiza (Native American mix heritage), I sought out the knowledge of Curanderas (medicine women), studying with Mayan medicine-woman, Ms. Beatrice Waight, shaman, midwife and sage in Belize. I learned the healing power of invocation, the Rainforest plant medicine, ceremony, listening and trust. This experience was life changing and was the beginning of my life journey by claiming this gift of knowledge in developing my hands-on healing and heart-centered energy healing work with others." - Inez

Inez is the leader of our Family Sound Healing Workshops and hopes to be an Elder with Stepping Stones next year.
