Jeff Ennor is a clinical hypnotherapist who loves acting and poetry. He earned a degree in natural resources and worked for several years as a soil scientist on the Humboldt County Soil Survey. On the soil survey he spent days alone, immersed in the wild hills, studying the patterns in vegetation, soil, and geology, and deepening his appreciation of nature.
Later, after moving back to the bay area Jeff found his way into environmental consulting and groundwater monitoring before shifting careers and receiving certification as a clinical hypnotherapist. Currently, he is passionate about supporting people to become more self-aware, empowered, and accepting of themselves and others. His personal relationships with family, friends, and his partner are big priorities in this life. Jeff maintains a mostly daily meditation and poetry-writing practice and enjoys time alone biking and hiking in the East Bay. Backpacking in the mountains of California have been central to Jeff's sanity and growth as a person. His time alone on solo backpacking trips may be the most important lessons in his relationship with himself. More recently Jeff has gotten involved in theater. In this last year has become a step dad to an 11 year old and a 14 year old. Jeff is grateful for his new family and to become part of the Stepping Stones Project community. |
