Regina Williams is a nature connection mentor and holistic healer who is dedicated to women’s empowerment, the rise of feminine leadership and living in a world where the masculine and feminine co-create in balance. She was born and raised in the wilderness of the High Sierra near Truckee CA and has been a student of nature her whole life. She graduated with a BS in Environmental Science and Policy from CSU Monterey Bay in 2005 and more recently from the 3 year Regenerative Design and Nature Awareness program at the Regenerative Design Institute, Bolinas CA in 2013. This program honed her gifts as a healer and one who works alongside nature to call forth the highest potential and gifts in others.

Through her years of training and work she has gained proficiency in skills such as tending the wild, culture repair, nature connection mentoring, various primitive technology, herbal medicine making, permaculture design, grief tending, the way of council, wetland restoration, and bio-dynamic farming. She is also passionately training to be a wilderness rites of passage guide. In her free time you can find her in the high peaks of the nearest mountain range, tracking wildlife in her backyard, dancing to loud and live Brazilian drums, or wild-crafting food and herbal medicine with friends.
